THE BARN AT MAYFAIR FARM

Our newly built, 60' x 40', white-washed barn with indoor restrooms, prep kitchen, bar area. 20' x 60' covered overhang perfect for cocktail hour and dancing. Below are some sample seating charts so you can see some examples of receptions and ceremonies in the barn.

Here is an example of the barn seating 100 people in the main room with ceremony seating under the veranda. This is a great rainplan option.

Here you see an alternate layout of the barn seating 100 people in the main room with a sweetheart table. The veranda is set up for a DJ and dancing but would be used for cocktail hour too.

Here is an example of ceremony seating inside the barn. This scenario is suggested for weddings with a tent only. Dinner would be held under the tent.
