WEDDING PACKAGES: VENUE ONLY OR FULL SERVICE

VENUE ONLY PACKAGE
The weekend wedding venue package includes use of the entire venue from Friday noon to Sunday noon. This option is a great way to enjoy all that our facility has to offer. The venue only package includes the Airbnb (sleeps six) for two nights (Friday and Saturday), use of the hilltop for a ceremony, and the party barn, including loft space and firepit. This package includes the barn and tables and chairs for 100 guests, or the ability to put a tent on the party barn lawn for larger groups. Pricing depends on the number of guests and season. The venue only package does not include catering, service, meals tax, sorting recycling (bar service and caterer should do this), ceremony and reception table and chair set up.
In addition to the cottage on our property, Harrisville has many vrbo/airbnb options and the Harrisville Inn is located near the farm. For other accommodations, Keene NH is approximately 10 miles from Mayfair and offers additional hotel and inn options.
FULL SERVICE VENUE AND CATERING
Mayfair Farm also offers a complete full service package that is truly unique. Our menu is hand-crafted and ethically produced, and each item is made with the most important ingredient—love. As our client, you will enjoy the benefits of flexibility and collaboration as we guide you through the planning process. Check-in for a full service package is Thursday noon and check-out is Sunday 2pm. This will give clients an additional day and night to prepare for the big day and a little more time at the end of the weekend.
The full service package includes catering, service, meals tax, trash removal, recycling, ceremony and reception table and chair set up and clean up.
